White Sage (Salvia apiana) is a plant native to California and has long been used in cleansing and rituals to help change or shift energy. It helps to cleanse negative energy that gathers in spaces such as your home or office and bring in the positive energy into them. White sage can be used to remove stagnant energy stuck in crystals and magickal tools as well.

How to use:
Light the bundle and gently shake until embers appears and begin to smoke. You can use your hand or a feather to direct the direction of the sacred smoke. Visualize the smoke taking away the negativity energy from the space/ body out through the window. To extinguish, invert smudge stick into sand/ salt.
